What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you are on the front line of our operation, responsible for delivering great food and an even better guest experience.
- Prepare high-quality food to brand standards
- Accurately complete guest orders in a fast-paced environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Support team operations including cashiering, cleaning, and restocking
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in in-store fundraising and community initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and accountability for your work
- Willingness to learn menu knowledge and operational standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
